The restaurant at Gasthof Specker offers carefully prepared dishes inspired by traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, enriched with Italian Mediterranean influences. Homemade dumplings, fresh salads and selected regional wines accompany every meal. Guests can dine in our cosy dining rooms or on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Dolomites.

Opening Hours & Seasonality
- For day guests: May to November, 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm (closed on Mondays)
- In winter: The restaurant is closed to non-residents. House guests can enjoy breakfast, small snacks and dinner in the traditional “Stube” or winter garden.
- Note: From November to Easter, the restaurant is open exclusively for house guests.
