Stay Conditions
To ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, please note the following conditions:
- Stays of fewer than 3 days: supplement of € 2.00 per person per day
- Double room for single use: supplement of 25%
- Children’s discounts (when staying in the parents’ room):
- From 4 to 9 years: 50% to 80% reduction
- From 10 to 14 years: 20% to 40% reduction
- Dogs: allowed in summer upon prior agreement, not allowed in winter
- Payment methods: cash (up to € 4,999.99), debit card, or credit card
Summer Highlight: “Latemar Aperitivo” at 2,200 metres with live music, followed by a candlelight dinner or barbecue. In addition, once a week an event takes place at the Obereggen district heating plant, featuring live music by various artists or tastings of local products.

During your summer stay you will receive the digital Guest Pass, allowing convenient and sustainable mobility throughout South Tyrol:
- Free use of all public transport in South Tyrol, including the participating cable cars.
- Flexible travel in the Dolomites without using your car

- Discount on the purchase of a multi-day Mountain Pass for the 17 lift facilities
- Tourist office of Obereggen located just a few steps from the property

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
- Cancellation from 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total booked amount
- Cancellation within 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total booked amount
- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, 100% of the booked and unused nights will be charged.
